With more than 20 years of experience, I combine a unique blend of experiences and passions: a background in peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and conflict sensitivity; expertise in systems and complexity thinking; experience accompanying leaders and program teams from strategy and program design to more profound organizational change questions; creative multi-stakeholder facilitation and consensus-building skills; and a dedication to complexity aware evaluation and collective impact approaches.
I am deeply committed to not just advising but mentoring and walking alongside my clients. I work independently and in partnership with various global and local teams, also through several long-term partnership agreements.
